Mental Coaching Sessions
We will spend 45-60 minutes per week on google meet developing the mental skills needed to optimize performance. The content of the mental coaching sessions is dependent on the individual needs of the player.
Topics that may be covered include:
- Pre-shot routines
- Athletic identity
- Coping with pressure
These sessions act as a “Monthly Check-in” and serve a different purpose than the mental coaching sessions. During these sessions topics that are covered include:
- Tournament performance review
- Golf data analysis
- Fitness program review
- Schedule planning
Custom Fitness Plan
The goal of the fitness program is to:
- Mitigate the risk of injury to allow you to play golf pain-free
- Improve your physical capacity to increase clubhead speed
- Transfer the physical capacity into measurable improvement in clubhead and ball speed
The type of program you are assigned will depend on your physical condition, schedule, goals, and access to equipment. As these variables change I will adapt your program to suit your needs.
Fitness Program Reviews
Twice per month we will spend 45-60 minutes per week on google meet covering topics including:
- Answering your exercise, fitness program, and nutrition questions
- Planning your workouts for the upcoming weeks and months
- Reviewing your fitness performance

What is a Performance Coach?
Shooting a low score on a golf course requires more than just a “good swing”. Golf performance requires a person to have mental, physical and technical skills. A swing coach provides support and guidance on how to swing the golf club, while a performance coach helps you use your current swing to your fullest potential to shoot lower scores.

How do I book sessions with you?
What if I don't have access to a gym?
Not being able to access a gym doesn’t mean you can’t still improve your physical fitness. The custom fitness program you are provided with will always be updated to suit your specific situation.
If you don’t have access to a gym, I strongly recommend purchasing a set of resistance bands as this can add variety and intensity to your home workouts. For an example of resistance bands click here.
