Data-Driven Practice Plans
Golfers often feel "lost" during their practice. They are investing time but not seeing any measurable performance improvements.
I work with golfers to set up a data collection system that provides valuable insights into their current level of golf performance.
From there, I collaborate with them to develop a bespoke practice plan that suits their individual needs. I call this their Independent Development Plan (IDP).
Once the IDP is in place, I monitor their progress and adjust their training plan as their golf game evolves.
Effective performance routines are crucial in being able to deliver your best performance under pressure.
Competitive golf is stressful. Instead of trying to avoid stress, I train golfers to properly manage their physiological response to stress.
Specifically, I help them develop custom on- and off-course routines to allow them to play in the optimal performance state, often referred to as "flow".
For an introduction into the framework I use see this article.
Elite amateurs and professional golfers live a busy life full of travel.
Many golfers struggle to deliver their best performance consistently while on the road. I work with golfers to develop processes and habits that help them feel physically and mentally primed to perform their best without sacrificing their mental health.
Lifestyle management involves optimizing sleep, developing nutrition plans, and creating a healthy relationship with technology and social media.

What is a Performance Coach?
Shooting a low score on a golf course requires more than just a “good swing”. Golf performance requires a person to have mental, physical and technical skills. A swing coach provides support and guidance on how to swing the golf club, while a performance coach helps you use your current swing to your fullest potential to shoot lower scores.
